Looking back through my pictures, I realize I didn't take a picture of the very first cake we made in class. Could it have been that bad? Or being technologically challenged, is it filed away in some electronic folder....never to be seen again?

I made this cake for my husband's office. Once they got a taste of it, they ordered their monthly birthday party cakes exclusively from me.
